Brian Rodgers was born in Lower Sackville, Nova Scotia on June 06, 1981 to the parents of Carl Rodgers Jr. and Carolyn Rodgers (Green). Brian went to Hillside Park Elementary in Lower Sackville until moving to Spryfield, Nova Scotia in 1990. In 1991, Brian located to Clam Harbour, Nova Scotia where he remained until 1998. In 1998, Brian briefly moved to Oshawa, Ontario and moved back to Halifax the same year and has remained in Halifax ever since. Brian is an avid weather watcher, and has studied weather since he was a teenager. With his extensive studying, Brian created the Atlantic Hurricane Center in 2004, now known as AHO Canada.
In 2010, Brian considered running for public office under the Canadian Action Party, but decided not to go with the CAP due to their policies that went against Brian's ideals. Brian never again made an attempt to run for public office.
